The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 150 calls from Oct. 23 to Oct. 29, including four vehicle crashes, a suicidal person, four juvenile problems, 14 citizen assists, seven animal problems, three medical emergencies, a structure fire, four thefts, two grass fires, a vehicle theft, an assault, five suspicious incidents, 25 urinalyses and 32 vehicle identification number inspections.

Gavin A. Respini, of Las Vegas, Nevada, is charged with allegedly fondling and sexually touching the woman, a Pinedale resident who spoke to deputies and traveled to St. John’s Medical Center for a DNA test. The incident occurred late at night on Aug. 13, 2022. The woman said she screamed, the man later identified as Respini left and her friends followed him, records show.

Judge Kate McKay set Gregg’s trial to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2024, after 12 jurors and an alternate are selected, according to court records.

On March 16, Davis was arrested after a woman called 911 about a domestic dispute late that night. She said she and Davis were arguing all day and she left the house for several hours, refusing to answer his calls, according to a deputy’s affidavit. When she returned home to get some things, Davis had locked himself in a bedroom and wouldn’t open the door, it says.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 178 calls from Oct. 16 to Oct. 22, including 10 vehicle crashes, 21 citizen assists, one search-and-rescue, four animal problems, seven livestock problems, three REDDI reports, nine suspicious incidents, 12 traffic complaints, 33 urinalyses and 21 vehicle identification number inspections.

Several new charges were filed and sentences imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Oct. 9 to Oct. 15, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 176 calls from Oct. 9 to Oct. 15, including 11 vehicle crashes, an assault, two deaths, an auto theft, 13 livestock problems, 12 suspicious incidents, seven animal problems, five wildlife calls, 33 urinalyses and 20 vehicle identification numbers.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 181 calls from Oct. 2 to Oct. 8, including 10 vehicle collisions, eight animal problems, nine citizen assists, two fights, 17 livestock problems, eight suspicious incidents, a theft, a search-and-rescue, two fires, five traffic complaints, 39 urinalyses and 19 vehicle identification number inspections.

Several fines were imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 169 calls from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1, including one death, a vehicle fire, three juvenile problems, a diabetic coma, nine suspicious incidents, 16 citizen assists, one search-and-rescue, a vandalism, four livestock and four animal problems, a theft, a utility problem, a domestic dispute, three vehicle crashes, 31 vehicle identification number inspections and 34 urinalyses.

Pinedale resident Gabriel M. Gregg was charged on Sept. 14 with four felony counts of sexual exploitation, possession of child pornography, after a “cybertip” and searches revealed alleged videos of very young female children.

Several fines and dispositions took place in Sublette County Circuit Court from Sept. 19 to Sept. 24, 2023.

The Sublette County Sherif’s Office reported 184 calls rom Sept. 18 to Sept. 24, including one death, a suicidal person, five fires, eight suspicious incidents, 21 citizen assists, three fights, three search-and-rescues, six livestock problems, 36 urinalyses and 21 vehicle identification number checks.

Several new charges were filed and sentences imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Sept. 11 to Sept. 17, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 189 calls and incidents from Sept. 11 to Sept. 17, including two fires, a suicidal person, 11 livestock problems, five crashes, 15 citizen assists, three search-and-rescues, 12 traffic complaints, 17 suspicious incidents, 32 urinalyses and 22 vehicle identification number inspections.

Several new charges were filed and sentences imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Sept. 4 to Sept. 10, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 175 calls from Sept. 4 to Sept. 10, including a fire, a body, a theft, two search-and-rescue calls, three vehicle crashes, five livestock problems, 16 citizen assists, 35 urinalyses and 26 vehicle identification number inspections.

Several new charges were filed and dispositions imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Aug. 28 to Sept. 3, 2023.
