Josephine M. Brown, 39, also charged with misdemeanor possessions of meth and THC and being under the influence of a controlled substance, meth, appeared before Sublette County Circuit Judge John LaBuda on Dec. 11 for a preliminary hearing.

Two Pinedale men charged separately with alleged possession of child pornography and sexual assault of children are having their cases move through 9th District Court.

Several new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 151 calls from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10, including 10 citizen assists, a diabetic shock, at least nine vehicle crashes, five suspicious incidents, an overdose, five medical emergencies, a theft, a vehicle fire, 18 vehicle identification number inspections and 30 urinalyses.

Several new fines and sentences were imposed from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, 2023 in Sublette County Circuit Court.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 157 calls from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, including two vehicle fires, a grass fire, two deaths, seven citizen assists, 12 vehicle crashes, four suspicious incidents, a suicidal person, eight livestock problems, five juvenile incidents, three animal problems, 32 urinalyses and 21 vehicle identification number inspections.

Bing and Greenwood reached an agreement that Guenther could plead no contest and the conviction would be suspended and dismissed after successful unsupervised probation and restitution.

Gregg was charged with four felonies of sexual exploitation of children by allegedly possessing child pornography on June 5 and April 26, each charge carrying a maximum penalty of not more than 10 years in prison and $10,000 fine.

Davis was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation with domestic violence and anger management evaluations plus court costs and restitution of $645.60.

The two felony charges filed Nov. 16 refer to intimidation or attempts to influence an officer, in this case Sublette County drug detective Karson Turner and Deputy Brian Gardner, or a witness or juror, with threats of “bodily injury or death,” according to an affidavit from Sgt. Lance Gehlhausen.

She declined to state what happened to the damaged fridge except that she dismantled it and disposed of it, according to the affidavit.

Several new sentences were imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Nov. 20 to Nov. 26, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 127 calls from Nov. 20 to Nov. 26, including five medical emergencies, 10 citizen assists, four suspicious incidents, one collision, one outside fire, five wildlife calls, three livestock problems, a family fight, two unconscious people, 34 urinalyses and 12 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 130 calls from Nov. 13 to Nov. 19, including 11 vehicles crashes, a suicidal person, 18 citizen assists, an overdose, four suspicious incidents, a structure fire, threatening, two vandalisms, 25 urinalyses and 22 vehicle identification number inspections.

Several new charges were filed and sentences imposed in Sublette County Circuit COurt from Nov. 13 to Nov. 19, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 125 calls from Nov. 6 to Nov. 12, including a suicidal person, five collisions, five welfare checks, 11 citizen assists, an overdose, a structure fire, one vandalism, four suspicious incidents, a vicious animal, 31 urinalyses and 20 vehicle number inspections.

Several new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Nov. 5 to Nov. 11, 2023.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 154 calls from Oct. 30 to Nov. 5, including six agency assists, an animal attack, 12 citizen assists, a search-and-rescue, a structure fire, six suspicious circumstances, three people threatened, 32 urinalyses and 30 vehicle identification number inspections.
