The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 169 calls from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1, including one death, a vehicle fire, three juvenile problems, a diabetic coma, nine suspicious incidents, 16 citizen assists, one search-and-rescue, a vandalism, four livestock and four animal problems, a theft, a utility problem, a domestic dispute, three vehicle crashes, 31 vehicle identification number inspections and 34 urinalyses.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 169 calls from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1, including one death, a vehicle fire, three juvenile problems, a diabetic coma, nine suspicious incidents, 16 citizen assists, one search-and-rescue, a vandalism, four livestock and four animal problems, a theft, a utility problem, a domestic dispute, three vehicle crashes, 31 vehicle identification number inspections and 34 urinalyses.

Sept. 25

At 12:32 a.m., a person had abdominal pains.

At 4:15 a.m., a medical emergency was called in.

At 6:42 a.m., a semi hauling fenceposts almost caused three head-on collisions.

At 6:47 a.m., a citizen needed medical attention.

At 9:47 a.m., a bus driver asked a deputy to determine if a black Toyota drove by the stop sign.

At 10:03 a.m., a pronghorn antelope buck had a 20-foot-long rope attached to a horn.

At 10:29 a.m., a woman wanted to talk to a deputy about her child.

At 10:30 a.m., a woman found earbuds, keys and chapstick that were returned to the owner.

At 12:13 p.m., a detective received information.

At 12:38 p.m., the school resource officer was told a student skipped three classes.

At 3:46 p.m., a juvenile reported a threat.

At 4:39 p.m., a woman found a dead bird in her mailbox.

At 4:54 p.m., a BLM officer asked for help towing away an abandoned trailer.

At 5:53 p.m., a man found the dead body of a person missing from Utah.

At 6:10 p.m., a man wanted to talk about a theft.

At 6:44 p.m., a person was having seizures.

At 6:51 p.m., a man said he wasn’t paid for work; it is a civil matter.

At 7:42 p.m., a person was bleeding after hitting their head.

Sept. 26

At 2:28 a.m., three cattle were on Highway 191 in Bondurant.

At 8:51 a.m., Big Piney school staff reported a juvenile problem.

At 10:04 a.m., Pinedale school staff did not respond to School Safe radio or phone calls. The system was checked and rebooted.

At 10:06 a.m., a neighbor dog barked nonstop all night and morning. The Pinedale animal control officer was notified.

At 10:49 a.m., the Pinedale Game and Fish Office reported a theft.

At 11:24 a.m., an injured rider was flown out for treatment after a horse wreck.

At 1:09 p.m., the school resource officer was notified of a juvenile problem.

At 3:36 p.m., a detective received information about an ongoing investigation.

At 5:45 p.m., a Suburban from Texas went 55 mph through Pinedale.

At 6:57 p.m., an intoxicated person’s face was bleeding after a fall.

Sept. 27

At 6:36 a.m., a person woke up with back pain.

At 9:31 a.m., a suspicious woman sat on a store’s floor and ate an employee’s food. She has dementia and her husband was also in the store.

At 10:06 a.m., a white helicopter was flying very low over the caller’s home and disturbing livestock. It belongs to Lower Valley Energy.

At 10:16 a.m., a caller complained about a green and white helicopter flying very low and frightening her animals. This was also Lower Valley Energy.

At 11:17 a.m., an employee fainted but was breathing.

At 11:24 a.m., “tagging” vandalism was reported At BOCES; the suspects cleaned it up.

At 12:25 p.m., a black cow was loose.

At 2:18 p.m., equipment hit an unmarked utility gas line; Pinedale Natural Gas was contacted.

At 3:16 p.m., a boat on a trailer was on fire; it was extinguished.

At 3:47 p.m., lumber loaded on top of a car was not secure.

At 5:19 p.m., a grader following another was all over Highway 351.

At 6:22 p.m., a dog barked for more than an hour.

At 6:24 p.m., a half-dozen cows were by the road.

At 7:02 p.m., a black Chevy sedan was speeding and tailgating.

At 8 p.m., a person with blood pressure problems had trouble breathing.

Sept. 28

At 7:18 a.m., a person fell and possibly broke a hip.

At 8:56 a.m., a Pinedale bus driver reported a juvenile-related drive-by at Blackburn Lane.

At 12:12 p.m., a male prisoner was transported.

At 1:22 p.m., a deputy looked into a traffic complaint.

At 2:44 p.m., a landlord asked for and was denied an incident report about a tenant, who left. The request was denied because the landlord was not party to the incident and the nature of the incident. A trespass notice was issued.

At 5:13 p.m., a mom said a man told her daughter to not ride on the public road because it made his dog bark.

At 6:28 p.m., two callers said dirt bikes were racing and speeding up and down South Bridger Avenue.

At 7:16 p.m., a deputy investigated a juvenile incident.

At 8:15 p.m., a dead elk in the highway was a traffic hazard.

At 9:01 p.m., a person who fell needed help.

Sept. 29

At 7:41 a.m., a maroon SUV didn’t stop for the Pronghorn bus’s stop signs.

At 11:17 a.m., a family dispute was reported.

At 1:57 p.m., a white Ford truck collided with a white Chevy truck.

At 2:02 p.m., a reported fraud is being investigated

At 2:37 p.m., Safe2Tell Wyoming relayed a confidential message.

At 5:12 p.m.,  a deputy responded to a juvenile-related call.

At 5:47 p.m., a man was worried about animals in a fifth wheel after not seeing the owner for a week; the owner works late.

At 6:40 p.m., an iPhone satellite emergency relay reported four people’s vehicle was stuck in the mud near Gypsum Creek Road. They decided to walk out.

At 8:24 p.m., a Teton County dispatcher passed along a message that a vehicle hit a deer near the 8:12 a.m., Hoback Rim.

Sept. 30

At 8:12 a.m., a caller reported a lot of white smoke coming from A to Z Hardware; it was a fire lit in the stove.

At 8:29 a.m., a man reported hearing a suspicious gunshot; a deputy didn’t find anything.

At 9:26 a.m., the Corral Bar owner asked a deputy to issue a trespass notice.

At 12:18 p.m., dogs were loose.

At 12:22 p.m., a man was arrested on a warrant.

At 12:35 p.m., a Polaris Ranger’s driver had a beer in hand.

At 12:42 p.m., a man walking his dogs heard a woman yell “no, stop” several times. There was no one home at that house.

At 1:28 p.m., a person was incoherent with diabetic shock.

At 1:35 p.m., a wheelchair fell out the back of a brown truck; it was returned to the owner.

At 1:39 p.m., a Rapid SOS 911 text came in from a hiker who got lost while taking pictures. Tip Top Search and Rescue’s foot patrol found the hiker near Mary’s Lake and they all walked out.

At 9:52 p.m., a gold truck driving south to LaBarge was swerving all over the road. The caller was following with hazard lights flashing.

At 10:08 p.m., a person who fell needed to go to the clinic.

At 11:06 p.m., a suspicious 911 call came from someone with an accent who would not give more information. A deputy went to the address but there was no emergency.

Oct. 1

At 1:08 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported.

At 9:34 a.m., a driver reported a rolled vehicle off Green River Lakes Road with no one around; it is being investigated.

At 11:06 a.m., a person couldn’t change a flat tire and asked for a deputy’s help.

At 11:51 a.m., a calf moose in distress was caught between fences.

At 7:48 p.m., a person was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

At 8:58 p.m., a man asked if there was an arrest warrant out for him after missing a court hearing.

At 10:43 p.m., a cow trapped in a cattle guard in the Big Sandy area probably had a broken leg. The caller said it might need to be put down but she wasn’t going to do that. The rancher was contacted and with help, freed the cow.
