Daniel D. Alley, Boulder: DUI alcohol, second offense in 10 years, jail 180 days with 173 suspended, three years unsupervised probation, fines $820.
Charleigh Smith, LaBarge: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $190.
Nicholas Wilson, Pinedale: DUI, first offense, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, one year unsupervised probation, fines $1,020.
Dana M. Reynolds, Boulder: Take wrong sex of animal, fine $250.
