On July 7 at 10:56 p.m., Luna Phaedra Serrano was stopped by Sublette County Deputy Todd Morgan after a Ridley’s manager reported a woman sitting in a white Ford Ranger was harassing two teenage females while parked, according to his affidavit.
The manager said the woman was showing odd and erratic behavior and Morgan pulled Serrano over as she drove out of the parking lot because her rear license plate was not illuminated, the affidavit says.
She was arrested and released July 9 on a $1,500 cash only bond. The felony charge of fourth or more DUI offenses in 10 years was filed July 10 by deputy county attorney Damon DeBernardi. Her preliminary hearing in Circuit Court is set for July 24 at 11 a.m.
Maximum penalties are up to 7 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
