The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 269 calls and incidents from July 3 to July 9, including nine crashes, three assaults, 16 citizen assists, four fires, a runaway juvenile, seven animal problems, four medical emergences, three search and rescues, 15 suspicious incidents, two vandalisms, seven motorist assists, 12 traffic complaints, 39 urinalyses, one water rescue and 53 vehicle identification number inspections.

Sheriff's Report July 3 to July 9

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 269 calls and incidents from July 3 to July 9, including nine crashes, three assaults, 16 citizen assists, four fires, a runaway juvenile, seven animal problems, four medical emergences, three search and rescues, 15 suspicious incidents, two vandalisms, seven motorist assists, 12 traffic complaints, 39 urinalyses, one water rescue and 53 vehicle identification number inspections.

July 3

At 8:01 a.m., a deputy checked on a suspicious circumstance; everything was fine.

At 8:16 a.m., a deputy helped with a medical call.

At 8:50 a.m., Fremont County asked for Tip Top Search and Rescue’s assistance.

At 10:13 a.m., a deputy answered a woman’s questions.

At 11:24 a.m., a deputy helped answer questions about jury duty.

At 11:32 a.m., a man called about a juvenile problem.

At 11:40 a.m., a woman asked what happened to belongings seized in a case several years ago.

At 12:34 p.m., Wyoming Highway Patrol looked into a hit-and-run.

At 12:58 p.m., a walker found a wedding ring at the CCC Ponds.

At 3:16 p.m., deputies responded after a power line was blown down in Big Piney.

At 3:18 p.m., juvenile vandalism was reported.

At 3:19 p.m., the power line was actually an old TV cable.

At 3:32 p.m., a deputy responded to a fire call.

At 3:35 p.m., a site manager verified a controlled burn was under control.

At 3:50 p.m., strong wind blew down a large tree on Mill Street, damaging three vehicles.

At 413 p.m., a deputy responded to a report of a gas leak.

At 5:03 p.m., a suspicious 911 call came in.

At 5:09 p.m., a deputy responded to an iPhone alert of a vehicle crash near Green River Lakes and found a phone in the parking lot.

At 5:14 p.m., a deputy found a downed power line and with Sublette County Unified Fire and Rocky Mountain Power, provided security and traffic control. RMP cut down damaged trees and the deputy helped clear debris.

At 5:22 p.m., a man found a kayak; Tip Top found the owner.

At 5:47 p.m., a range rider was told of loose livestock in open range.

At 6:09 p.m., a man reported losing property at Green River Lakes.

At 6:33 p.m., a deputy checked on an AirBnB customer’s barking dog.

At 7:27 p.m., a deputy found a leaky water spigot at an apparently abandoned building.

At 9:04 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

July 4

At 12:42 a.m., a sick person was outside the county.

At 6:39 a.m., a deputy couldn’t catch a problem dog.

At 8:46 a.m., a deputy reported to the Chuckwagon Days parade on Big Piney.

At 9:24 a.m., an owner picked up a dog before a deputy arrived.

At 11:03 a.m., kids were involved with an animal bite.

At 11:47 a.m., water rescue was requested for a sinking vehicle report.

At 2:22 p.m., Fremont County asked for agency assistance.

At 2:55 p.m., two people were racing a motorcycle and a four-wheeler.

At 4:04 p.m., a deputy helped a person who fell.

At 4:18 p.m., Tip Top and an officer responded to a rescue call at Boulder Lake.

At 4:21 p.m., a deputy responded to a call about a suspicious incident.

At 4:33 p.m., a deputy told people lighting fireworks they’re prohibited in the county.

At 4:46 p.m., a two-vehicle collision with minor injuries took place in Bondurant.

At 5:33 p.m., a deputy put out a grass fire with a shovel and fire extinguisher.

At 8:14 p.m., a deputy checked on a parked truck with its flashers on.

At 9:17 p.m., a man complained about kids shooting off fireworks.

At 9:21 p.m., a deputy bent down a piece of metal sticking up from Highway 352 and put an orange cone over it.

At 9:42 p.m., a deputy told people lighting fireworks was prohibited.

At 9:47 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 10:02 p.m., a person had bleeding injuries.

At 10:39 p.m., a deputy drove up to a two-vehicle collision.

At 10:51 p.m., traumatic injuries were reported.

At 11:03 p.m., a person was cited for a controlled substance problem.

At 11:10 p.m., a prisoner was transported.

July 5

At 12:15 a.m., a caller reported an animal problem.

At 1:21 a.m., an assault was reported.

At 1:42 a.m., a suspicious van was parked at the Dudley Key ballfields.

At 9:09 a.m., a vet reported an animal problem.

At 11:40 a.m., a phone was returned to a family member.

At 1:27 p.m., a landlord had questions about a tenant moving out.

At 1:38 p.m., a Tip Top member called for assistance.

At 1:44 p.m., a person was cited for a controlled substance problem.

At 1:46 p.m., a deputy responded to a juvenile problem.

At 4:32 p.m., a REDDI call came in about a county employee; WHP took over.

At 5:09 p.m., SCUF checked out a possible gas leak.

At 8:36 p.m., a citizen called about a juvenile incident.

July 6

At 1:17 a.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 8:25 a.m., a juvenile was involved in an assault.

At 9:11 a.m., a detective checked into a suspicious incident.

At 12:52 p.m., an inmate was taken to the dentist.

At 3:37 p.m., a deputy helped Sublette EMS with a patient.

At 4:45 p.m., someone turned in a wallet.

At 5:20 p.m., a deputy responded to a water well breakdown.

At 8:30 p.m., a deputy shared information about campgrounds.

At 9:10 p.m., an open garage showed no signs of forced entry.

At 10:09 p.m., a deputy investigated a juvenile problem.

At 10:37 p.m., a deputy looked into a possible fraud at a Pinedale business.

At 11:11 p.m., an abandoned car had a flat tire.

At 11:58 p.m., a deputy responded to a medical emergency.

July 7

At 2:21 a.m., a deputy moved an antelope off the road.

At 8:03 a.m., a deputy helped a patient.

At 8:33 a.m., a person’s belongings were found.

At 8:54 a.m., a globe lamp was vandalized in a Pinedale park.

At 10:26 a.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred on Highway 191.

At 11:51 a.m., a deputy assisted a woman.

At 1:09 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare; everything was fine.

At 4:03 p.m., WHP looked into a traffic hazard.

At 4:11 p.m., a deputy responded to a call from Grand Teton National Park about a cabin but the road was flooded. The call was transferred to the Forest Service.

At 4:15 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare; all was well.

At 6:38 p.m., a heart attack patient refused transport.

At 7:23 p.m., trespassers left before a deputy arrived.

At 8:54 p.m., SAFV called with information for an investigation.

At 10:56 p.m., a person was arrested for DUI.

July 8

At 12:14 a.m., a blood draw was taken.

At 12:28 a.m., a deputy checked out and cleared a suspicious call at Fremont Lake campground.

At 12:43 a.m., a bar patron said another punched him in the head numerous times.

At 1:37 a.m., WHP asked a deputy to back up a trooper during a traffic stop.

At 7:08 a.m., a deputy cleared a call about a suspicious person.

At 8:23 a.m., a search for a hiker ended when he made it back to camp.

At 10:31 a.m., a cashier reported counterfeit money.

At 1:52 p.m., a deputy didn’t find a vehicle disturbing a citizen.

At 1:54 p.m., a lost child was reunited with parents.

At 2:40 p.m., deputies investigated a hit-and-run collision.

At 2:45 p.m., a runaway juvenile was reported.

At 2:47 p.m., a controlled substance problem with a juvenile involved was investigated.

At 4:45 p.m., a dead cow was by the New Fork Lake boat ramp.

At 6:35 p.m., a man was arrested on a warrant.

At 8:24 p.m., a stray dog picked up between Big Piney and Daniel was brought to Pinedale.

July 9

At 12:21 a.m., a deputy was told he was needed at Stockman’s; a man was told to not return.

At 11 a.m., a traffic complaint was transferred to Sweetwater County.

At 11:16 a.m., harassment with juvenile involvement was reported.

At 11:17 a.m., two vehicles collided.

At 2:55 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare; everything was fine.

At 8:36 p.m., an officer received information.

At 9:43 p.m., a deputy looked for livestock in Hoback Canyon.
