Sherry B. Nielson, 79, of LaBarge, Wyo., passed away July 6, surrounded by her family.
She was born July 26, 1943, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of the late Bernita Fackrell Myers and Earl Saxton, and stepfather Bud Fackrell.
Most of her school years were spent in Lyman and Big Piney, Wyo.
She graduated high school from Wasatch Academy in Utah.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam R. Nielson, her daughter Samantha Nielson and
her son Bart Nielson.
Sherry is survived by her three siblings, Bud Fackrell (Leann), Penny Chrisman (John J), Lori Wortham (Rex), her daughter Vicki Eubank (Jesse) and son, Che’ Nielson (Sarah), three granddaughters, Lacy, Chelsea, Sami Jo and two great-grandsons, Justin and Deegan.
A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, July 13, at 11 a.m., at Viola Cemetery, LaBarge, Wyo., with a luncheon following at the LaBarge Senior Center.
