Lynda Darlene Kanski, 66, of Cora, Wyo., passed away on Oct. 9.
Lynda was born in Long Beach, Calif., on June 18, 1957, to William Pirtle and Lorraine (Bremer) Pirtle.
Lynda graduated from Highland High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1975. She moved to Idaho in 1977 and lived and worked there until 1990, when she moved to Wyoming.
She met David Kanski while working at the Wrangler Cafe in Pinedale. They were married in 1995 and raised their son, Clancy at their ranch in Cora.
She loved gardening, ranching and her horses.
Lynda is survived by her husband David and son Clancy, the loves of her life. She is also survived by Debi (Dave) Borgstrom, Marla (Mark) Kalal, William (Kathy) Pirtle and Ken Pirtle and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
