I have come to understand the disorder and the anarchy in which we live. With this understanding, I have found the clarity and order that I choose not to be involved. Without fear, I have come to understand myself so that I may go beyond myself. I am learning as I teach myself to watch, watch the way that I am, and become aware of the way in which I am. As I do this, I also am honing the ability to listen to another voice and understand their personal point of view.

Living – Life – Large

We live among and are part of the masses. The controlled people that are part of a system of control that operates an illusion of complex ideological learning that deeply conditions the conditioned to live in fear. They have closed their minds.

When these people see another person that still thinks freely and looks to understand different perspectives, they are triggered. They try to justify their closed mind by attacking with judgment and condemnation. Because of fear, they cannot understand that the positive free thinker is not trying to impress or attack; they are just questioning or breaking the inserted beliefs and speaking their truth.

As I let the quiet break with conversation I almost always regret my decision as it drifts away from optimism and helpfulness. All too often the direction of the conversation glides towards the absence of the qualities of positive attitudes and encourages an unbalanced outlook.

The growing numbers are vast for those looking for errors, mistakes and the opposite of their personal normality to cast judgment. At the same time, seemingly the number looking for the calmness of beauty and inspiration, while thinking of the good aspects of a situation without comparing, is dwindling.

Rumi, a 13th-century poet and scholar, is quoted as saying, “What you seek is seeking you.” This fact remains as strong as when it was voiced.  We usually find what we are looking for with the personalities that we surround ourselves with.

Now, however, when we want to surround ourselves with good aspects, we usually have to wade through a pessimistic gloom before stepping into the unmistakable praise of laudable ways.

With the forming of concepts, which are not actually present to the senses, we use imagination. With just the slightest innovation, we are introduced to something new. In this instance of noticing and perceiving, we are recording with observation.

Now, with spoken words, we can informally interchange information and thoughts with an oral discussion. This is the open path with a free mind to see all potentials of different situations.

I belong to no religion, nor do I adhere to any particular religious denomination. I have my own beliefs of the creator, but that is another topic of discussion. I will not subscribe to any political institution or any social movement that guides an individual into a large group. Within my own scattered and sparse tribe of individualism, with my thoughts, prayers and meditation, there is no technique, there is no authority and there is no right and wrong.

This is not a dulling of the mind; it’s merely a quieting of the mind to focus on the thoughts that arrive seeking acknowledgment. It is looking to see past the freedom of the known, to see and understand the unknown. To find acceptance, then to learn observation without any need of finding a significant worth or determining a value of the observed.

Listening is the ability to accurately receive and interpret communication that contains information. Listening is key to all effective communication. Without the ability to listen effectively, messages are improperly interpreted and understood.

To listen and communicate with instantaneous understanding arrives when we meet on the same level, even when we do not share the same levels of belief. The art and foundation of communication is the ability to listen. To completely listen you must abandon, for the moment of conversation, all prejudices and pre-fabricated ideas.

You must be open and receptive so things can be understood; even when a question is brought up, you are still listening. You cannot have equal communication when you listen through filters of resistance. When all you hear is passed through the screens of your daily battles, worries, desires and fear, you are listening through the ringing sound of your own mind.

It is not easy to pause your beliefs and listen to understand instantaneously. When anything is said that is in opposition to your way of thought and being. Just listen and don’t react. Do not abruptly look for right and wrong, as right and wrong is the concept of the holder.

With the quiet and calm consideration of listening, you will be led to the truth. The truth is a direct perception and understanding without interruption, without condemnation and without justification. The truth is the beginning of wisdom. - dbA
