Community charity overflows at Food Basket

Posted

PINEDALE — The holidays are approaching and Sublette County businesses, organizations and individuals are showering the Pinedale Community Food Basket with donations of food, time and money. The generosity from the community is needed to support local families, and greatly appreciated.

The Food Basket urges the public to consider participating with the following local businesses. The Bank of Jackson Hole, organization Thanksgiving Dinner Food Drive with a final collection date of Nov. 13. Ridley’s Family Market is hosting its annual Harvest of Hope Food Drive.

The Pinedale Community Food Basket thanks the many youth groups, churches, individuals and nonprofit organizations for their donations of various personal items for the families served by the Food Basket, as well as helping with boots on the ground, through lifting and moving heavy food donations. Our community truly overflows with charity and kindness. Thank you to the entire community for the abundance of support, in your presence, prosperity and prayers.

The Pinedale Community Food Basket is always accepting food items and worker bees.

Contact Pinedale Community Food Basket food manager Kari Bousman at 307-231-4640 to volunteer.
