The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from July 3 to July 9.
John Van Huysen: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
Alexander Versen: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
Andy Marquez: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
Mario C. Albert: Theft, less than $1,000.
Anne Marie R. Foster: Violate bear-baiting regulations.
These fines and sentences were imposed from July 3 to July 9.
Garrett Swain, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $105.
Clinton J. Grimes, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $125.
Ridge Larson, Pinedale: Pedestrian right of way in a crosswalk, fine $90.
Craig Madonna, Colorado: Possession of meth, misdemeanor; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; exceeding 70 mph on a highway, bound over to 9th District Court on July 5.
Tracey M. McCarty, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $145.
Holden Saxton, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $160.
Jamison D. Finley, Michigan: Delivery of a controlled substance, felony; possession of a controlled substance, felony; convicted felon possessing a firearm, bound over to 9th District Court on July 6.
Brandi L. Mitchelson, Pinedale: No driver seatbelt, fine $25.
Eric Oram, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine 115.
Deborah Schultz, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $120.
