The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Jan. 1 to Jan. 7.
Justin E. Simpson: Domestic battery, first offense.
John L.Phillips: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense in 10 years; possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; no compulsory auto insurance.
Jamil Jefferson: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
Matthew J. McDonald: DUI, second offense in 10 years; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle.
These fines and sentences were imposed in Circuit Court from Jan. 1 to Jan. 7.
Justin E. Simpson, Pinedale: Domestic battery, first offense, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, fine $280.
Edrim Alfonso Lores, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $103.
Andrew F. Protz, Pinedale: Back safely without interfering with traffic, fine $90.
Damian W. Spahn, Pinedale: No compulsory auto insurance, fine $560.
