The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 149 calls from March 4 to March 10, including 18 citizen assists, a dead body, 4 livestock problems, a suicidal person, 6 suspicious incidents, a fire, 9 sets of fingerprints, 29 urinalyses and 22 vehicle identification number inspections.
Several new charges were filed and sentences imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from March 4 to March 10, 20234.
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 132 calls from Feb. 19 to Feb. 25, including 5 citizen assists, 2 search and rescues, 2 possible heart attacks, 3 livestock problems, a juvenile problems, 3 suspicious incidents, a theft, 8 sets of fingerprints, 32 urinalyses and 16 vehicle identification number inspections.
Gavin A. Respini, of Las Vegas, had pleaded not guilty in Sublette County Circuit to two misdemeanor charges of sexual battery and his jury trial was set for Nov. 7, then delayed.
Bail is set at $30,000 cash only and McCutchan was ordered to have no contact of any nature with minor children, records show. He has been in custody since his arrest.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 127 calls from Jan. 1 through Jan. 7, including four vehicle crashes, five suspicious incidents, 10 citizen assists, a theft, a blood draw, two domestic disputes, one search warrant, two frauds, 37 urinalyses and 17 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 250 incidents from Dec. 18 to Dec. 31, including a bomb threat, one fire, four animal problems, four family fights, a fuel spill, five juvenile problems, 20 citizen assists, eight vehicle crashes, six medical emergencies, two thefts, 10 suspicious incidents, 67 urinalyses and 38 vehicle identification number inspections.
Several new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Dec. 11 to Dec. 17, 2023
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 134 calls from Dec. 11 to Dec. 17, including three vehicle crashes, seven wildlife calls, seven citizen assists, five suspicious incidents, two people threatened, two noisy animals, one suicidal person, seven animal problems, 36 urinalyses and 20 vehicle identification number inspections.
Josephine M. Brown, 39, also charged with misdemeanor possessions of meth and THC and being under the influence of a controlled substance, meth, appeared before Sublette County Circuit Judge John LaBuda on Dec. 11 for a preliminary hearing.
Two Pinedale men charged separately with alleged possession of child pornography and sexual assault of children are having their cases move through 9th District Court.
Several new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10, 2023.
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 151 calls from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10, including 10 citizen assists, a diabetic shock, at least nine vehicle crashes, five suspicious incidents, an overdose, five medical emergencies, a theft, a vehicle fire, 18 vehicle identification number inspections and 30 urinalyses.
Several new fines and sentences were imposed from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, 2023 in Sublette County Circuit Court.
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 157 calls from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, including two vehicle fires, a grass fire, two deaths, seven citizen assists, 12 vehicle crashes, four suspicious incidents, a suicidal person, eight livestock problems, five juvenile incidents, three animal problems, 32 urinalyses and 21 vehicle identification number inspections.
Bing and Greenwood reached an agreement that Guenther could plead no contest and the conviction would be suspended and dismissed after successful unsupervised probation and restitution.
Gregg was charged with four felonies of sexual exploitation of children by allegedly possessing child pornography on June 5 and April 26, each charge carrying a maximum penalty of not more than 10 years in prison and $10,000 fine.
