The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 223 calls from Sept. 13 to Sept. 19, including a vehicle fire, two grass fires, nine suspicious incidents, 13 livestock problems, a disturbance, two search-and-rescue calls, 11 accidents, five welfare checks, 33 urinalyses and 30 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 223 calls from Sept. 13 to Sept. 19, including a vehicle fire, two grass fires, nine suspicious incidents, 13 livestock problems, a disturbance, two search-and-rescue calls, 11 accidents, five welfare checks, 33 urinalyses and 30 vehicle identification number inspections.

Sept. 13

At 5:43 a.m., a woman called to say the neighbor’s dogs started barking.

At 9:57 a.m., a caller reported a phone scam.

At 11:22 a.m., gravel bounced out of a large dump truck all over a car.

At 11:45 a.m., a rancher was moving 70 cows across the highway.

At 12:07 p.m., a vehicle rolled over on Highway 28.

At 12:42 p.m., a man said someone was shooting arrows into the road.

At 2:31 p.m., Safe2Tell provided anonymous information.

At 2:32 p.m., a woman called with information about an ongoing investigation.

At 2:47 p.m., a man was taken into custody.

At 2:50 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic dispute.

At 2:54 p.m., a woman reported threats.

At 2:55 p.m., deputies responded to a medical emergency.

At 3:49 p.m., three cows with pink tags were loose near Triangle S.

At 3:49 p.m., a caller requested a trespass notice.

At 4:06 p.m., a white Suburban was speeding and crossing the center line.

At 4:14 p.m., a woman’s vehicle was damaged in Las Vegas; she was transferred to the police department there.

At 4:20 p.m., a missing woman’s white van was parked at a gas station all day; its plate was from the wrong state.

At 6:50 p.m., a hunter’s wife said he saw smoke where lightning struck near Horse Creek.

At 7:44 p.m., a 911 caller accidentally held the power button down too long.

Sept. 14

At 12:35 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported.

At 2:25 a.m., a driver was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol.

At 7:38 a.m., a truck with bushes in the back was abandoned on ranch land.

At 7:55 a.m., a bull moose was caught in a swing but untangled himself.

At 8:08 a.m., a man asked about a salvage tag for a doe hit just outside Pinedale. The roadkill law has not passed yet.

At 8:46 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to stand by.

At 9:06 a.m., a semi tried to pass and almost clipped a driver.

At 9:37 a.m., a caller had information about the girl reported missing from Teton County.

At 11:55 a.m., a caller thought the missing girl left Obo’s in a white van; it was the same one reported earlier.

At 1:45 p.m., a woman asked about dogs to keep her neighbors happy.

At 1:46 p.m., Department of Family Services reported an old El Camino with a juvenile passenger.

At 2:04 p.m., dogs were closed in a tan Ford F250 with a horse trailer. The truck was running with the air conditioning on.

At 3:01 p.m., a person was unconscious.

At 3:03 p.m., a man doing mold inspection found it in the attic and crawl space; he asked for documentation so they could vacate the home.

At 3:10 p.m., a deputy signed fingerprint cards for the school district.

At 4:54 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 6:15 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious incident, possibly theft.

At 6:47 p.m., gunshots near the Warren Bridge BLM campground were from putting down an antelope.

At 7:07 p.m., an injured antelope needed to be put down.

At 9:35 p.m., someone called 911 twice and hung up.

At 9:55 p.m., a caller reported a domestic dispute.

Sept. 15

At 7:41 a.m., the Forest Service office reported a suspicious unlocked car with no plate parked nearby; it belonged to an employee.

At 8:57 a.m., a woman called about the missing girl; it was unfounded.

At 9:28 a.m., a neighbor’s door was open.

At 9:49 a.m., injured deer were sill alive near Warren Bridge.

At 9:50 a.m., a 911 call came from a hiker on top of Fish Creek Mountain.

At 12:32 p.m., a silver convertible without a plate was all over the road.

At 2:10 p.m., a caller had information for the sheriff.

At 2:42 p.m., a semi driver broke down with a load of cattle and hoped to offload them at nearby corrals while it was fixed.

At 2:51 p.m., a caller saw smoke near Horse Creek.

At 3:58 p.m., trespassers crossed private land to get to public land.

At 4:33 p.m., a black bull was in a ditch.

At 4:46 p.m., baby goats were loose near the post office.

At 5:23 p.m., a girl with a backpack looked like the missing woman.

At 7:44 p.m., a caller reported smoke in the Horse Creek area.

Sept. 16

At 8:09 a.m., a deputy checked on some dogs’ welfare.

At 8:55 a.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 9:23 a.m., a caller reported a juvenile problem.

At 11:36 a.m., a person had convulsions.

At 12:54 p.m., Fremont County dispatch asked if the helicopter could return to evacuate a man thrown from a horse the day before. Tip Top flew to Dubois to assist.

At 2:30 p.m., a vehicle bumped a bicyclist.

At 2:50 p.m., a man reported a scam call about an arrest warrant.

At 3:55 p.m., a deputy arrested a person for bond violation.

At 5:11 p.m., a man reported lost property.

At 7:02 p.m., a semi driver said he stopped to grab some food, joked around with some people and now they would not let him leave. He’d had some drinks before and people were surrounding him in the store.

Sept. 17

At 3:50 a.m., Country Lane had a parking problem.

At 7:20 a.m., a man who hit a deer needed an insurance report.

At 8:27 a.m., a woman requested a trespass order.

At 8:41 a.m., a caller reported a small blue SUV was speeding and weaving through their cattle drive.

At 9:08 a.m., a bar employee served a trespass notice.

At 9:57 a.m., a man called with information about his missing property.

At 10:09 a.m., a bow hunter was hunting from a bike path near Shelter Park.

At 12:48 p.m., a store employee asked a deputy to remove someone.

At 3:14 p.m., a friendly stray yellow lab was loose.

At 3:38 p.m., a 911 caller reported an older red Ford van was all over the road.

At 3:41 p.m., a wildfire with small flames was spotted up Gypsum Creek.

At 3:56 p.m., a deputy helped transfer a patient.

At 5:12 p.m., four cows were at the rodeo ground with no cattle guard to keep them off the highway.

At 5:33 p.m., a neighbor’s horses were running loose.

At 6:11 p.m., an SOS button was pressed in a white Toyota Camry but it wasn’t found.

At 6:21 p.m., a white Suburban hit a deer and crushed the hood. Forest Service rangers checked on the deer.

At 7:52 p.m., a moose got itself unstuck from a swing-set.

At 10:49 p.m., a man reported a suspicious incident.

Sept. 18

At 3:11 a.m., a truck hit a deer.

At 9:44 a.m., a camper parked at American Legion Park was blocking an event setup.

At 10:01 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on a person’s welfare.

At 10:46 a.m., a caller had information about a civil issue.

At 10:56 a.m., a vehicle caught on fire; the call was transferred to Sublette County Unified Fire.

At 12:58 p.m., animal control helped a woman find a lost Italian greyhound.

At 2:52 p.m., the K9 drug dog made a search.

At 4:47 p.m., Teton County dispatch reported a cow by the highway.

At 7:40 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 8:33 p.m., a moose ran into a Grand Cherokee and took off the mirror.

At 9:45 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 9:54 p.m., four or five kids running around made a loud crash and set of fireworks.

At 11:05 p.m., one suspicious person was at a front door and another at the back window.

At 11:09 p.m., cows were loose near the Bondurant school.

At 11:44 p.m., a Dodge Cart hit and killed a cow.

Sept. 19

At 12:04 a.m., a Ford Explorer hit an antelope.

At 2:43 a.m., a woman reported a drunk driver.

At 5:34 p.m., a stray pitbull mix dog was running around.

At 6:25 a.m., a man wanted to talk to a deputy about an ongoing issue.

At 9:07 a.m., a caller had information for a deputy.

At 10:38 a.m., a person was ill.

At 10:44 a.m., a person was injured.

At 11:04 a.m., a black truck hit a cow.

At 11:54 a.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 12:54 p.m., a person taking a picture with her phone accidentally called 911.

At 1:03 p.m., a man was in the lake with a stranded boat and a major storm on its way. He was rescued.

At 1:19 p.m., a person had breathing problems.

At 2:18 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 2:25 p.m., a person reported seeing a suspicious red car parked on LaBarge Creek Road the week before. It belonged to hunters.

At 2:34 p.m., a ranch employee stopped a hunter who trespassed on O Bar Y and Kline Ranch land.

At 2:44 p.m., a vehicle hit a deer south of Pinedale.

At 2:59 p.m., a horse with a dark mane ran loose since early that morning.

At 3:07 p.m., the call about a semi rollover was transferred to Wyoming Highway Patrol.

At 4:29 p.m., a hiker said a dark Nissan SUV with a broken window was parked outside a wall tent. It belonged to a man camping in the area.

At 4:34 p.m., cows were on the highway near the Bondurant school.

At 9:23 p.m., a brown Ford truck was speeding and tailgating with its brights on.
