At 2:38 a.m., a deputy helped a person who had fallen.

At 2:04 a.m., a man called from his iWatch saying he was walking down Highway 189 between Daniel and LaBarge and his phone was dead. His friend, who had been drinking, kicked him out of the truck while driving home. A deputy gave him a ride.

At 9:35 a.m., a male inmate was transported to LaBarge.

At 10:57 a.m., Big Piney High School staff reported vandalism to the school resource officer.

At 11 a.m., a woman whose horses got loose was gathering them up.

At 1:25 p.m., a Lincoln County deputy followed up on a case.

At 2:44 p.m., a vehicle passing in a no-passing zone almost caused a head-on collision.

At 11:10 a.m., Department of Family Services asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 1:43 p.m., a business employee said an intoxicated, belligerent customer came in twice; a trooper stopped the person, who was not intoxicated.

At 4:29 p.m., a caller had questions about eviction papers.

At 8:19 p.m., a blue Kia parked in a handicapped parking spot without a permit. The driver was at a soda machine and left.

At 8:30 p.m., a business’s burglar alarm went off; it was a false alarm.

At 11:46 p.m., a man in an old green Chevy was asked to leave before kept returning to a convenience store at 11 p.m. He did not get out. An employee asked him to leave. The driver apparently was on a break from work.

Oct. 9

At 12:39 a.m., a suspicious man in a black hoodie was walking near the fairgrounds. He was just taking a walk; a deputy drove him back to town.

At 5:18 a.m., an accident with juveniles involved is under investigation.

At 6:03 a.m., a theft was reported.

At 9 a.m., a person was unconscious.

At 10:18 a.m., a person went into diabetic shock or coma.

At 10:35 a.m., a store employee asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 12:38 p.m., a man called from Jackson, saying he accidentally left his propane tank open next to his stove.

At 12:42 p.m., a person found a friendly cat but couldn’t find the owner.

At 2:10 p.m., a caller had information for a detective.

At 3:57 p.m., Wyoming Game and Fish had information for an active investigation.

At 5:44 p.m., a suspicious person covered with a blanket was sleeping in the town hall’s doorway. It turned out to be kids watching a movie using the town’s Wi-Fi.

At 11:38 a.m., an abandoned horse and trailer were gone when a deputy arrived.

At 4 p.m., a Dodge RAM was speeding into Boulder.

At 4:07 p.m., a motorcycle was going 70 to 80 mph on Pole Creek Road.

At 5:48 p.m., a man wanted to get back his gun in his son’s car when his son was arrested.

At 7:07 p.m., a man yelled, a dog yelped and suddenly they were silent. A deputy didn’t see or hear anything and cleared the call.
