The Prepared Live System is about saving lives. Having live, real-time information from an active scene helps ensure quicker and safer response services.
Participation in video-chat during a call is completely voluntary and the caller must consent. If the caller consents, they will receive a livestream link via text sent by the dispatcher, enabling the caller to activate live video upon a click.

PINEDALE — The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office announced the launch of Prepared Live within the local 9-1-1 Communication Center. The program was developed by Prepared. The software enables the SCSO 9-1-1 Communication Center to livestream receive multimedia and location data from mobile callers in real-time.
The new service improves the SCSO’s ability to effectively and efficiently respond to emergencies in the community.
