SUBLETTE COUNTY – The one-day, six-person jury trial in Sublette County Circuit Court for brand-inspection violations was postponed for now.
The trial of veterinarian Rex F. Rammell, who represents himself, was expected to be the finale to a case that began in June 2019 when he was pulled over by a Sublette County deputy and did not have brand inspections for four horses and a nursing colt he transported from Sweetwater County.
The trial will be rescheduled due to a witness’s health concerns, according to Circuit Court Clerk Amy Knotts.
