These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Sept. 12 to Sept. 18.
Lori A. Bair: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense.
Sean Dodson: Misdemeanor possession of marijuana; driving with a suspended license, second or more offense.
Travys Townsend: DUI, first offense.
Wylee Labart: DUI; driving with a suspended license; no compulsory auto insurance; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; superintendent’s speed zone.
Nicholas Page: DUI; open container pf alcohol in a moving vehicle.
Lindsay Orchard: Using another person’s credit card, less than $1,000, three counts; unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Wayne R. Meek: Hunting big game in the wrong area.
Jesse L. Bianche: Taking over the limit of big game; shooting from or across a road.
The following fines were imposed in Circuit Court from Sept. 12 to Sept. 16.
Christian J. Cosby, Boulder: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $170.
Chett L. Whitman, Big Piney: Aggravated assault and battery, bound over to 9th District Court Sept. 16.
Nicholas A. Leyva, Daniel: Second-degree attempted murder; aggravated assault and battery, two counts; apply pressure to throat; domestic battery; property destruction under $1,000; breach of peace. Bound over to 9th District Court Sept. 13.
Elizabeth McGinnis, LaBarge: Traffic signals, fine $150.
Emily Nardacci, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $125.
Tucker B. Bray, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $140.
Jeramie J. E. McGuire, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $105.
Daniel J. Stead, Boulder: Loan on vehicle, fine $90.
Gustavo Valenzuela, Boulder: No valid driver’s license, fine $140.
Jeromy W. Moffat, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $105.
Charles Johnson, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $115.
