These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6.
Cung Nung Sang, Boulder: Sexual abuse of a minor, 13 to 15, at least four years younger; second degree. Sexual abuse of a minor younger than 17, at least four years younger. Sell-deliver nicotine to person under 21; sell furnish alcohol to person under 21. Bound over to 9th District Court on Oct.31.
Sandra Jorgensen: Driving under the influence of a controlled substance, first offense.
The following fines and sentences were imposed from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6.
Kenneth J. Long, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $130.
Douglas A. Bollinger, Pinedale: No valid registration, fine $140.
Austin Burnett, Pinedale: Superintendents speed zone, fine $185.
Sean Williams, Pinedale: Headlights, motor vehicle, fine $100.
Jeffrey D. Winters, Green River: Hunt big game during closed season, jail 30 days, suspended, six months unsupervised probation, fine $170, restitution, $1,000. Fail to tag big game, fine $250.
Campbell Sinnett, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $195.
Sage Mahaffey, Big Piney: Turning signals, fine $90.
