These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Oct. 24 to Oct. 30.
Trinidad Johnson: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; following too closely; no driver’s seatbelt.
Connor Smith: Possession of marijuana; exceeding 70 mph on a highway.
The following fines and sentences were imposed from Oct. 24 to Oct. 30.
Dereka Haselhuhn, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $103.
Shane Richard Costello, Pinedale: Exceeding 30 mph in an urban district, fine $230.
Nicholas Brannon, Boulder: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $135.
Chandler Weller, Jr., Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $105.
Jax Jacobson, Pinedale: No driver’s seatbelt, fine $25.
Thomas P. Pitlock, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $170.
Timothy W. Forrester, Big Piney: Take over the limit of big game, fine $100.
