These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Nov. 14 to Nov. 20.
Robert R. Johnson: Driving under the influence of alcohol.
David Cornelio Salina: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
Alin Cornelio Salina: Driving under the influence of a controlled substance; no valid driver’s license; compulsory auto insurance; misdemeanor possession of marijuana; exceeding 70 mph on a highway.
Juan Cornelio Salina: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
The following fines and sentences were imposed from Nov. 14 to Nov. 20.
Tanner C. Moceika, LaBarge: Possession of a controlled substance, felony, bound over to 9th District Court on Nov. 14.
Clayton Mullikin, Big Piney: Duty to report a collision, fine $250.
Gerald A. Cox, Green River: Breach of peace, jail 180 days, suspended, six months unsupervised probation; fail to extinguish fire, fine $170; property destruction, under $1,000, jail 180 days, suspended, six months unsupervised probation, fine: $70, restitution, $1,135.
Raven Gallardo, Pinedale: Battery, jail 180 days, suspended, six months unsupervised probation, fines $420, restitution $474.40.
Scotty Ring, Big Piney: DUI, fines $1,020.
Lois Garcia, LaBarge: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $120.
