Robert H. Bailey: Violate a temporary protection order.
The following fines and sentences were imposed from March 20 to March 26.
Lindsay Orchard, Pinedale: Use another’s credit card, under $1,000, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, six months unsupervised probation, fines $1,220, restitution $39.05.
Karen S. Wenz, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed one, fine $135.
Shaunna Bennett, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $145.
Lonny W. Johnson, Daniel: Driving under the influence of alcohol, jail 180 days with 175 suspended, two years unsupervised probation, fines $1,020.
