No new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from July 24 to July 31.
The following fines and sentences were imposed in Circuit Court.
Christopher M. Ruch, Boulder: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense in 10 years; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle, jail 180 days with 170 suspended, two years supervised probation, fines $600.
Wyatt E. Forrester, Pinedale: Hunt, trap, fish, collect horns on private land without permission, fine $300.
Thomas Barron, Big Piney: No driver’s seatbelt, fine $25.
William L. Thiele III, Boulder: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $125.
Katherine Facklam, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $135.
Kristofer J. Greenwood, Pinedale: Driving with a suspended license, driving without an interlock device, jail 14 days, fine $70.
Bruce R. Lindsey III, Pinedale: Bear-baiting violation, fine $150.
Robert S. Foster, Marbleton: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, failing to drive in a single lane, jail 180 days with 160 suspended, three years supervised probation, fines $1,180.
Hunter Fisher, Big Piney: No driver’s seatbelt, fine $25.
Junior Aldava Bretado, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $155.
Jason M. McChesney, Cora: Exceeding 65 mph on a paved road, fine $135.
Donna Kassler, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $140.
