These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4.

Steven Warfield: Felony possession of a controlled narcotic substance; failing to drive in a single lane; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle, superintendent’s speed zone.

Alaina J. Kelly: Felony possession of a controlled narcotic substance.

Nicholas A. Leyva: Aggravated assault and battery; apply pressure on throat or neck, two counts; domestic battery.

The following fines and sentences were imposed from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4 in Circuit Court.

Gabriel Robertson, Daniel: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $200.

David Thompson, Big Piney: Failure to report more than $1,000 property damages, fine $250; not driving in a single lane, fine $100.

Cassidy C. Jensen, Boulder: Reckless driving, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, six months unsupervised probation; exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fines $420.

Alyssa Piro, Pinedale: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, two years unsupervised probation, fines $1,273.
