Jonah Energy LLC has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since no emissions changed from the previous permitting action.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for engineering services for a Transportation Master Plan, in Pinedale, WY. The Transportation Master Plan will study and make recommendations for transportation improvements in and around the Town of Pinedale aiming to improve mobility, connectivity, safety, and accessibility. The project will be developed under the supervision of a steering committee. The committee will be chaired by the Town of Pinedale and will include representatives from Sublette County Road and Bridge, Sublette County Sheriff, WYDOT, Sublette County Emergency Management, Sublette County Hospital District, and Sublette County School District No. 1. The Request for Qualifications packages may be obtained at Town Hall or by email. Proposals will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Pinedale, located at 69 Pinedale South Road; Pinedale, Wyoming 82941 (Town Hall) until Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. Proposals shall be delivered according to the Request for Qualifications.
