TAKE NOTICE that on 10/20/22 an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution relating to the real property of the Decedents, JAMES R. LEAHY,. a/k/a JAMES RALPH LEAHY and E. DIANE LEAHY, a/k/a EVELYNN D. LEAHY, a/k/a EVELYNN DIANE LEAHY, was filed in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming Ninth Judicial District. The Decedent, JAMES R. LEAHY, a/k/a JAMES RALPH LEAHY 4i d on 4/23/18 and Decedent, E. DIANE LEAHY; a/k/a EVEL YNND. LEAHY, a/k/a EVELYNN DIANE LEAHY died on 11/9/21, owning an interest in real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming described as:
Lots Forty-Five (45) and Forty-Six (46), Green River Ranch Subdivision Unit D, Sublette County, Wyoming being a portion of Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 111 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming as the same appears on t4e official map or plat thereof as filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Sublette County, Wyoming; TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appmienances thereunto appertaining. SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use, to prior • • minera,l • reservations ofrecord and to all other matters of public record.
This Application prayed that the Court, after due and proper publication as required by statute, enter its Decree of Summary Distribution of Real Property herein and that said Decree set over all of the interest of the Decedents, JAMES R. LEAHY, a/k/a JAMES RALPH LEAHY and E. DIANE LEAHY, a/k/a EVELYNN D. LEAHY, a/k/a EVELYNN DIANE LEAHY, in and to the above described property to ANDREW B. LEAHY, Successor Trustee ofth LEAHY FAMILY LIVING TRUST, dated October 26, 2021. If no objection to this Application has been filed within thirty (30)days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the Court will enter a Decree of Summary. Distribution establishing the right and title to the above property according to the Application.

Notice is hereby given that Sublette County, Wyoming, has accepted work as completed according to the plans and specifications set forth in the Agreement between Sublette County and H-K Contractors Inc. pursuant to the Project Manual for the 2022 Sublette County Chip Seal Project, and that H-K Contractors Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore. On December 15, 2022, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this notice, Sublette County will pay to H-K Contractors Inc. all amounts and balances due under said Agreement.
