Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale has accepted the work on Ralph Wenz Field-Expand E GA Apron Project, State No. APNA013B, as substantially completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Contract, and that Avail Valley Construction – WY, LLC is entitled to final settlement therefore. Upon the 41st day, November 11, 2021, after the first publication of this notice, that the Town of Pinedale, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out, will pay to Avail Valley Construction – Wy, LLC the full amount due under the Contract. All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to Avail Valley Construction – WY, LLC in accordance with the terms of the Contract dated June 28, 2021. Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Andeavor Gathering I, LLC (CMP100321) to modify the Mesa 9-8 PAD (F026774) with the removal of production equipment, with a reboiler overheads condenser and a smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration unit and pneumatic pump, located in the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 8, T32N, R109W, approximately seven (7) miles south of Pinedale, in Sublette County, Wyoming. Andeavor Gathering I, LLC has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period. VOC emissions have decreased 1.3 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 1.4 TPY from the baseline period. These reductions have been added to Andeavor Gathering I, LLC’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.

Notice is hereby given that Sublette County, Wyoming, has accepted work as completed according to the plans and specifications set forth in the Agreement between Sublette County and Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc. pursuant to the Project Manual for the 2021 Sublette County Chip Seal Project, and that Intermountain Slurry Seal Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore.
