TAKE NOTICE that John Wayne Bell, has filed a Complaint in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming to quiet title to:

Lot 5 of Prospector Square, First Filing, Sublette County, Wyoming, as the same appears of record on the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Sublette County, Wyoming.

Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereto appertaining. Subject to covenants, reservations and restrictions of record, including those contained in instrument recorded June 20, 1978, in Book 34 of Miscellaneous, Page 165.

Subject to easements and rights of way ofrecord or in use.

as fee simple owner of said real property naming you as Defendant, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests which are adverse to those of the Plaintiff, and that Plaintiff is seeking to have his title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you have no estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has given Pinedale Natural Gas, Inc. (PNG or the Company), authority to pass on to its customers through its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) an increase in its wholesale natural gas commodity costs of $0.264 per therm, effective on and after February 15, 2019.

The proposed wholesale gas pass-on increase is attributable to: [i] a projected wholesale gas cost of $0.329 per therm, an increase of $0.027 per therm; and [ii] a CBA surcharge of $0.207 per therm, a decrease in the credit of $0.237 per therm, to amortize PNG’s projected February 14, 2019, under-collected CBA balance of $221,838, using projected sales of 107,406 Dth.

A typical residential gas customer using 51 therms per month for the rate-effective period of February 15, 2019, through September 28, 2019, may expect a monthly gas bill increase of $11.45 or 23.7%, before taxes. Actual bills will vary with usage.

PNG’s Application is on file at the Commission’s offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and in the Company’s Pinedale, Wyoming, business office and may be inspected by any interested person during regular business hours.

NOTICE OF VACANCY

A vacancy in the office of The Pinedale Town Council has been created by the resignation of Councilman Jim Brost.  This vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the Town Council. Parties interested in filling the vacancy are invited to submit a letter of interest and a list of their qualifications therefor.  All letters of interests and lists of qualifications must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, March 18th, 2019, by the Town Clerk, located at 69 Pinedale South Road, Pinedale, Wyoming.  Letters of interests and lists of qualifications may be mailed to Town of Pinedale, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, WY  82941.  Sufficient time should be allowed to allow receipt by the Town Clerk by the cutoff date above.  Interested parties must reside within the Town limits and be a registered voter of the Town of Pinedale and the State of Wyoming to be considered eligible. 

The starting time of the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting has been changed to 4;00 PM, Monday, March 25, 2019 at the Commissioner’s Room of the Sublette County Courthouse; 21 South Tyler Avenue, Pinedale, Wyoming.  It is anticipated that the meeting will commence with an executive session to interview each candidate.  Following the executive session, a public hearing will be held to further interview each candidate as deemed necessary and review their qualifications.  If a majority of the Council is able to agree upon a particular candidate, it shall then by resolution appoint that candidate to fill the office. Appointment shall be until the seating of officers after the next general Town election.

FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and  King Enterprises the Contractor, on Highway Project Number W352008 in Sublette County , consisting of removal and replacement of Right-of-Way fence and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on April 18, 2019.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jonah Energy LLC to modify the NFX WDW #1 (F022588) with the addition of production equipment, with two smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the active produced water tanks, gun barrel tanks, slop oil tanks and pneumatic pumps, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 21, T29N, R107W, approximately fourteen (14) miles south-southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming.  A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted.  Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx.  Permitting actions to date have resulted in a decrease in actual VOC emissions of 3500.3 tpy and a decrease in actual NOx emissions of 186.4 tpy.  Therefore, Jonah Energy LLC has met the offset requirements for VOCs and NOx.
