Spring bear activity varies across BTNF

PINEDALE As people get outside in the wilderness to enjoy the summer weather, they need to be on the look out for bears prowling around.

The northern areas of the Bridger-Teton National Forest (BTNF) are experiencing an increase in grizzly and black bear activity, according to a BTNF news release, and last week, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) trapped an adult male grizzly north of Pinedale.
