Hill’s responsibilities stripped, given to new WDE director

PINEDALE – At 3 p.m. on Tuesday, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill had many of her powers and responsibilities stripped from her when Gov. Matt Mead signed Senate File (SF) 104 in a room full of press and legislators.
