An icy summit

Last week, a group of middle schoolers from Jackson got to try their hand at ice climbing at the Teton Ice Park, a new facility at Snow King. Many of the students took to ice climbing like ducks to water, eagerly topping routes and looking forward to their next time up. An on-site warming tent offered hot chocolate and a place to defrost after a chilly climb to the top.
