PINEDALE – House Bill 78, sponsored by Rep. Sue Wallis (R-Campbell County) and Sen. Phil Nicholas (R-Albany County) proposes to give the Wyoming Legislature oversight of the Game and Fish Department (WGFD) and Department of Transportation (WYDOT) budgets.
