Alpine skiers brave arctic cold to compete in giant slalom

Last year, Casey Manning was a leader on the ski team. As a senior this year, he’s an example to a number of new skiers.

PINEDALE – The Pinedale High School alpine ski team faced arctic temperatures as it competed this past weekend near Red Lodge, Mont. Cody High School hosted the meet, and six teams from across the region made their way to Montana to compete.
