With three weeks left, the Hoback has $2.75 million to go

PINEDALE – Two months after a deal was announced between Houston-based Plains Exploration and Production Company (PXP), supporters of the Hoback and Noble Basin are still $2.75 million shy of the stated goal of $8.75 million needed to purchase PXP’s leases in the area.
