Elaine Tully

Elaine Ruth Tully of Fallon, Nev. passed away on March 4. At her request, cremation will take place and no services or memorial will be held.

Elaine was born to Ruth and Robert Kingston on March 8, 1927 in Escalon, Calif. After the war, she married her high school sweetheart Jerry Tully, with whom she shared a long, full and joyful life.

Following a 16-year career with the Bureau of Reclamation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Elaine retired. She and Jerry ran sheep and cattle for many years in Idaho before moving to Pinedale and finally to Fallon.

Survivors include her daughter Cheryl Tully, her son Ryan Tully, grandchildren Elaine Taylor, Taylor Ruth and Kanta Tully and eight great-grandchildren.

Elaine was active throughout her life in public service and organizations and charities. She was much loved and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and the many people whose lives she touched.
