When I was a teenager, I lied to my parents occasionally, and I lied to my girlfriends or any other girl most of my life. I’ve looked in the mirror and said, “Hello, Liar.”
No, the big “Thank you.” I find I didn’t lie. I “misspoke” or “mis-promised” or “mislead” or perhaps “didn’t make myself clear.”
I feel so good now that I’m honest.
P.S. If a liar says he’s a liar, is he honest?
