Swimmers start season with State qualifiers

Though he didn’t compete last weekend, Will Nelson is one of the few seniors and returning State swimmers on the team.

SUBLETTE COUNTY – Sublette County swimmers had their first meet last weekend at the Rawlins Pentathlon, hosted by Rawlins High School. Unlike traditional meets, swimmers must swim all five events to receive honors and awards. The five events in the pentathlon include the 100-meter butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle and the 50-meter freestyle.
