Rev. Jean Wade, 71, died Sept. 5 in Sandy, Utah. She had served as pastor of the Pinedale United Church of Christ (UCC) for 10 years prior to becoming the pastor in Bountiful, Utah.

Charles Golden Sr. passed away Aug. 27. Charles was born to Ida and Hugh Golden Sr. in Weatherford, Texas, on March 4, 1928. He served in the Navy in WWII on an aircraft carrier, the Tarawa C.V. 40, in the Pacific.
He married Nelda Ware in 1950, and to this union, two children were born, Charles A. Golden Jr.
