Clingman charged with larceny, wrongful appropriation

PINEDALE – Former Sublette County Waste Management Supervisor Bradley Clingman was arrested and charged with nine criminal counts – seven felonies and two misdemeanors – on Jan. 9 after an investigation by the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
