McGinnis and plane found after weeklong search

Rescuers spent days searching for the plane in snow and inclement weather.

PINEDALE – The wreckage of a Cessna 182 aircraft that had been missing since Nov. 17 was located at 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 25 after being spotted from a helicopter by members of Tip Top Search and Rescue (TTSAR). The sole occupant, 63-year-old Myles McGinnis of LaBarge, did not survive the crash.
