The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Aug. 7 to Aug. 13.
Dana Schleth: Driving under the influence of alcohol, fist offense; possession of liquid controlled substance, misdemeanor, superintendent’s speed zone; open container pf alcohol in a moving vehicle.
Gay Lynn Sievers: Animal running at large, first offense.
Kraig Reid: Criminal contempt.
Paul Johnson: DUI, third offense in 10 years; possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; driving with a suspended license; no compulsory auto insurance; throwing a burning substance from a vehicle.
These fines and dispositions occurred from Aug. 7 to Aug. 13.
Justin Rogers, Pinedale: DUI, first offense, jail 180 days with 176 suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, fines $1,020.
Waylon Williams, Pinedale: Pedestrian right of way in a crosswalk, fine $90.
Blaine E. Mathews, Pinedale: No valid registration, fine $140.
Luna Phaedra Serrano, Bondurant: Felony DUI, fourth or more offense in 10 years, bound over to 9th District Court Aug. 9.
Cristi Byers, Daniel: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $155.
