PINEDALE — The American Legion Post No. 47 and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post No. 4801 hosted a variety of Veterans Day ceremonies in Pinedale on Friday, Nov. 10. The day began early with a special assembly held for Pinedale Elementary School students, followed by an assembly for the middle schoolers. The service groups hosted an awards ceremony for high school students and community members from 11 to noon. Community members then gathered at the VFW on Pine Street for a luncheon.
